1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for an account or engaging Tarviz Abroad's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Tarviz Abroad is a study abroad consultancy helping Indian students apply to German universities. Our service covers six stages: eligibility check, university selection, study place confirmation, documents preparation, visa application support, and pre-departure guidance, tracked through your account dashboard. We help you apply to up to six universities of your choice.

3. Fees

Our fee is communicated to you before you begin, along with applicable GST. Payment terms and refund eligibility are described in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents throughout the process.
• You must disclose any prior German visa rejection or significant gap years in your education honestly and upfront. Undisclosed issues discovered later by the embassy can result in immediate rejection of your application, and fall outside our refund guarantee.
• You write your own Statement of Purpose (SOP) and complete any subject-specific requirement forms yourself. We provide feedback and assistance, but universities evaluate you on your own writing.
• You are responsible for meeting deadlines we communicate to you for documents and appointments.

5. Ownership of Your Documents & Credentials

We do not hold on to your APS certificate, blocked account, or any account login credentials. These remain yours throughout and after the engagement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Any forgery or falsification of documents submitted through us results in the process being stopped immediately, with no refund. This applies to every student without exception.

7. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa Approval

University admissions and visa decisions are made solely by the respective universities and the German embassy/consulate. Tarviz Abroad does not control and cannot guarantee these outcomes. We guide and prepare you to give your application the best possible chance.

8. Account Use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tarviz Abroad's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee you paid us. We are not liable for decisions made by universities, the German embassy, uni-assist, or other third parties involved in your application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
