Visa Rejection Guarantee

If your German student visa is rejected, we refund ₹18,000 (half of our ₹36,000 fee), provided you handed over all required documents on time and followed the process as advised.

Visa rejection is unlikely if the process is followed correctly, but we stand behind our work. This is the only refund scenario we offer. Outside of a visa rejection covered by this guarantee, our fee is non-refundable once we begin work on your application, since our time and effort go in from day one.

What Voids This Guarantee

• Documents or information not handed over on time, causing delays you control.
• Visa rejection caused by undisclosed prior visa rejections or gap years that weren't flagged to us during the process.
• Any forgery of documents. This results in the process being stopped immediately with no refund. This is non-negotiable and applies to every student, no exceptions.
