• Academic and identity documents needed for your application: marksheets, transcripts, passport, Aadhaar, IELTS scores, and similar documents required for APS verification, university applications, or your visa.
• Payment information processed through our payment provider.
• Messages you send us and consultation requests you submit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to evaluate your eligibility, shortlist universities, prepare your APS, blocked account, and visa documentation, track your progress in your dashboard, and communicate with you about your application.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We share the minimum information necessary with the third parties involved in your application, including:

• Universities you apply to, as part of your application.
• uni-assist, where a VPD is required by a university.
• The German embassy/consulate and APS-India, for visa and certificate verification.
• Our payment processor, to process your payment securely.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Data Storage & Security

Documents you upload are stored on secure cloud storage, and access is restricted to the staff handling your application. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your data as described below.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We do not hold on to your APS, blocked account, or login credentials. Those remain yours throughout.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for prospective students applying to higher education programs and are not directed at children under 16.
